Alto Parent & Teacher Organization

Alto’s parent organization is dedicated to building a strong school community.

The Alto Parent & Teacher Organization (APTO) provides support to the school on many different levels. It is APTO’s mission to build and sustain a strong school community by providing transparent communication and reliable support for parents, students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

APTO Meetings

If you are a parent or guardian of an Alto student you are automatically a member of the parent organization. APTO holds monthly meetings to provide updates on school matters, volunteer committee work as well as planning of social events. The meetings are open to every parent. Please join us! Class Representatives

APTO helps each class to find a representative and helpers at the beginning of the school year. Class representatives facilitate communication between teachers and parents, help organize field trips, and coordinate teacher gifts, among other things. If you are interested in supporting the school in this important role, please reach out to APTO or contact the school office to learn more.
